Sales Policy

Vian Kennels and LittleWings Aviary There will be no unweaned babies sold by our aviary. No bird/dog will be held without a 25% deposit.  Deposits are non-refundable and will be accepted via PayPal, credit card through PayPal, Personal Check.  If you pay by PayPal, you must add an additional 3%.  If a Personal Check is used the check must clear the bank before the bird/dog can be shipped, delivered or picked up.  If you intend to pick up at our home, checks are fine for deposits but are NOT accepted as final payment. Final payments must be made in cash or thru PayPal prior to pick up. Once a deposit has been received, payment in full must be made by the time the bird/dog is ready to leave our home.  If payment is not received within 10 days of the date we have deemed the bird/dog able to leave our home. Then the bird/dog will be considered available and placed back up for sale, with NO money being refunded.  The only time this does not apply is when both seller and buyer have prior agreement in writting. Deposits are only refundable if there is a problem with our end of the agreement. (Bird/dog dies or become unable to be placed.) If a verbal agreement has been made for the purchase of a bird/dog, there will be a 7 day hold on the bird(s), if the required deposit is not received within 7 days, the bird will be placed back on the sales list. At any time during the transaction the buyer cancels his/her order for ANY reason, any and ALL monies that has already been paid will NOT be refunded to the buyer. All birds are sold with a traceable band., All dogs microchipped. All birds/dogs will be sold with a 10 day guarantee.   (Please note: should a bird or dog become ill or die during that 10 day period, the bird/dog must have be seen by an Certified Veterinarian.  You need to provide proof of visit and written documentation must be provided.  If death occurs a  necropsy MUST be given and the report and the removed bird band or removed dogs microchip must be sent to us immediately in order for the guarantee to be honored.) ALL birds and dogs must be seen by a veterinarian within 72 hours for health pet check, of leaving our home or all parts of guarantee are VOID. Birds Can be DNA sexed for an additional $25.00. We do not deal in 3rd party transactions of any kind or for any reason. All sales are FINAL. We reserve the right to refuse any sales for any reason.   Thinking about having your bird/dog shipped? Shipping through Continental or Delta airlines is available at buyer’s expense. Costs include shipping, carrier and fuel charge to the airport. All bird/dogs will be shipped from Detroit Metro Airport. Email for current rates.
